Terms and Conditions
All prices quoted on Ve'morre are in SGD, negotiation of price are not allowed.
Items availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis.
All payment must be made within 3days after email confirmation of order else order will be void.
All items sold are not refundable.
Do NOTIFY us via email once you have bank in the payment to our account by providing us the ref no, timing & total amount.
Colour of the real item might differ slightly due to lighting. We will ensure that it is the closest colour to the real item.
Ve'morre will not be held responsible for any lost parcel through normal postage.
Upon receiving your items, if you find any crystal fall off or missing within 3 days, feel free to contact us and we will replace the crystal for you.
A simple functionality check will be arranged with clients before Ve'morre handles any expensive gadgets.
Customization
Customization of items would usually need 6 -10 days, we would inform you once the items are ready to be send out.
There will be an additional charge of $5 for all customization.
A confirmation email will be send to you quoting the price for customization of your gadget, please make your payment within 3 days else order will be void.
No cancellation or changes are allow once work starts.
